Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: the name, email address, Pharmacy name, and city you give us when you sign up.
• Your Pharmacy's own records: the stock, sales, batch, and customer records your Pharmacy enters into PharmaTrack. These records belong to your Pharmacy — we hold them so the service can work for you.
• Minimal usage data: basic technical information needed to keep the service running and secure, such as sign-in activity.
• Payments: subscriptions are processed by Paystack. PharmaTrack never sees or stores your card details — those go to Paystack alone.

Why we use it

To run the service for your Pharmacy: tracking stock, flagging medicines before they expire, recording sales, and giving you support when you ask for it. We do not use your Pharmacy's records for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Paystack, for payment processing only. We do not sell your data — or your Pharmacy's records — to anyone, and we do not share them with advertisers.

How we protect it

Sessions are encrypted, access is controlled by account and role, and every Pharmacy's workspace is kept separate from every other Pharmacy's. No Pharmacy can see another Pharmacy's records.

Keeping, exporting, and deleting your data

Your Pharmacy's records stay available to you while your account is active, and you can view and export them at any time. If you want your Pharmacy's data exported or deleted, email hello@pharmatrack.ng and we will handle the request.

Cookies

PharmaTrack uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising trackers.

Data protection in Nigeria

We handle personal data in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023. If you have a concern about how your data is handled, raise it with us first at hello@pharmatrack.ng and we will look into it.
