What PharmaTrack is
PharmaTrack is stock-management software for Pharmacies: it tracks stock, flags medicines before they expire, and records sales. PharmaTrack is NOT a Pharmacy, NOT a drug seller, and NOT a regulator. It does not sell medicines, and it does not replace a Pharmacy's own professional judgement or its obligations to the relevant authorities.
Accounts and who may use them
PharmaTrack accounts are for Pharmacies and their authorised staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us at hello@pharmatrack.ng if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your Pharmacy's records are your responsibility
Your Pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters into PharmaTrack — stock quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, sales, and customer details. PharmaTrack organises and surfaces what you record; it cannot verify that every entry is correct.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed through Paystack. Fees are exactly as shown at registration and checkout, and subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If payment lapses, your access may become read-only — you can still view and export your records — until you renew.
Acceptable use
You must not use PharmaTrack for any unlawful purpose, and you must not misuse the verification or directory features — for example, by publishing false information about a Pharmacy or a product, or by presenting PharmaTrack's checks as a regulator's register. See our Disclaimers for what PharmaTrack's checks do and do not mean.
Termination
You may stop using PharmaTrack at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully. If an account is closed, the Pharmacy may still ask for its records to be exported by emailing hello@pharmatrack.ng.
Liability, stated plainly
We work hard to keep PharmaTrack reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. PharmaTrack is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate records entered by a Pharmacy, or by a Pharmacy's own business decisions.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and let account holders know in the app or by email. Continuing to use PharmaTrack after a change means you accept the updated terms.
